St Johns County Leads the Way
A recent article on Axios shows the massive population shifts occurring since Covid hit the United States. St Johns County recorded an incredible 7.0% increase in one year. Walton, in the panhandle, and Flagler, on the Atlantic coast next to St Johns, also experienced significant year over year increases.
